I would like to make mention of a newly established business in the Adelaide metro area that every woman or man should know about when it comes to buying custom made jewellery. Dave Everett, a jeweller whom I had the pleasure of meeting approx 5 years ago was the only jeweller in Adelaide at the time who was willing to sit down and listen to me. I wanted an engagement ring with some specific requirements and became quite upset to find that not one Adelaide jeweller was prepared to help me out with what they thought was impossible. Dave was brilliant! He spent the time with me, really listened to what I was asking for and had no problems with creating a masterpiece. It wasn't just the creation, but his on going customer service that really puts him a mile ahead of the rest. As buying jewellery is not something you do every day, I was horrified to discover that he was no longer working at the jeweller when I tried to contact him a few weeks ago. After some searching around I found that he has started his own new business in Gawler Place Adelaide with co partner Ian Brookes. They have a funky new outfit called "Everett Brookes" at 90 Gawler Place Adelaide, where you will be greeted with coffee, wine and fantastic genuine customer service. Both Ian and Dave will spend as much time as you need to sit down and create absolutely anything you desire. They have no boundries when it comes to creating something simply classic or completely modern and abstract. They use nothing but the best quality materials at a price to suit any budget. Seriously girls! If you are wanting that extra special piece of jewellery I really recommend that you take a stroll down Gawler place and go have a chat with Dave or Ian. They will create something amazing for you and give you the extra time and attention that you deserve when designing or choosing such a special piece to treasure for many years to come.
